By booking with us you agree to the following:

Amenities supplied are limited to what is provided. Guest(s) responsible for re-stocking of their amenities.

LOCALS: Living in Los Angeles County and neighboring areas must contact us booking contact us. We do not allow gatherings of any kind and or parties.

Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of any kind anywhere on the property. If an event is discovered, reservations will be immediately canceled. Please discuss with host if any questions.

Occupants cannot exceed four (4) guests inside unit or anywhere on the property at one time unless discussed with owner.

Adult guest(s) greater than two persons must register with Airbnb, for a fee of $5 per person, maximum of four people. This is important for liability reasons. Exception will be case by case basis.

We don't allow Loud Music or bass inside unit or anywhere on the property.

Only one compact vehicle covered parking available inside gated parking for this unit. Otherwise, there's ample street parking in front of property only. Please note, we (owner) are not responsible or liable for any damage and/or loss of property to vehicle or otherwise.

Absolutely no smoking of cigarettes or otherwise inside unit. Should you violate this policy you will be charged a fee of your deposit of $250 dollars and may be held liable for our next guest's entire stay if new accommodations are needed. Please utilize the courtyard to smoke.

Hair die/color of any type is not allowed inside the unit.

Units go through quality checks after each cleaning, prior to guest arrival. If any damage and or missing item(s) are discovered after guest(s) departure, guest(s) are responsible for fixing and or replacing damaged and or missing item(s).

SELF CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Please note this is a self-check in and checkout property. You certify that you are willing and able to accept and follow the instructions provided to you by the host, absent of the host(s) being present on the property at time of your arrival. Please message host anytime for further instructions.

CHECKING IN AND OUT PROCEDURE: Check-in time is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM. An access code will be provided to you before your arrival. Please note: Check out is at 11:AM. If late check out, a charge of $50 dollars per additional hour will be charged to the guest(s). If your late check out causes next guest to cancel, you will be responsible for the next guest(s) reservation fee. Otherwise, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to authorize a complementary reasonable late check out.

No frying/deep frying in kitchen. Any damage caused by frying/deep frying will be the responsibility of the guest(s).

No illegal substance anywhere on the property. Any illegal activity will be reported to Law Enforcement.

Please help us save energy and the environment by turning off all lights and AC/Heating when away.

We have the right to refuse service if upon arrival unlawful or otherwise behaviors are presented that we the owners (host/co-host) deem uncomfortable. We thrive to mutual respect to all.

The space
This Unit is located on .5 acre property in an equestrian neighborhood, Sherwood Forest adjacent in Northridge, CA. This is a detached unit from main house and fenced separately. This unit is Approx. 700 sq.ft, with 10 ft. ceilings. Everything in this unit is BRAND NEW. It was built with emphasis on quality and guest comfort in mind. In addition to insulation for energy efficiency.
Guest access
You will have private access into the property via a secure intercom code, one compact size vehicle, free secure covered parking (monitored by motion Ring Camera) and access to the entire private unit. Shared Courtyard patio seating area (Drive-Way to courtyard monitored by motion Ring Camera.)
Additional notes
Gardener will do maintenance on property every Tuesdays, between 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, for approx. 2 hours. (Minimum noise.)
